5 All these kings joined forces and made camp together at the Waters of Merom to fight against Israel.

6 The Lord said to Joshua, “Do not be afraid of them, because by this time tomorrow I will hand all of them, slain, over to Israel. You are to hamstring their horses and burn their chariots.”

7 So Joshua and his whole army came against them suddenly at the Waters of Merom and attacked them,

5 And when all these kings were met together, they came and pitched together at the waters of Merom, to fight against Israel.

6 And the Lord said unto Joshua, Be not afraid because of them: for to morrow about this time will I deliver them up all slain before Israel: thou shalt hough their horses, and burn their chariots with fire. 7 So Joshua came, and all the people of war with him, against them by the waters of Merom suddenly; and they fell upon them.

5 The kings joined forces and established their camp around the water near Merom to fight against Israel.

6 Then the Lord said to Joshua, “Do not be afraid of them. By this time tomorrow I will hand all of them over to Israel as dead men. Then you must cripple their horses and burn their chariots.”

7 So Joshua and all his fighting men traveled to the water near Merom and attacked suddenly.

5 And when all these kings had met together, they came and camped together at the waters of Merom to fight against Israel.

6 But the Lord said to Joshua, “Do not be afraid because of them, for tomorrow about this time I will deliver all of them slain before Israel. You shall hamstring their horses and burn their chariots with fire.” 7 So Joshua and all the people of war with him came against them suddenly by the waters of Merom, and they attacked them.

5 All of these kings met together at the waters of Merom, joined their armies together into one camp, and made plans to fight against the Israelites.

6 Then the Lord said to Joshua, “Don’t be afraid of them, because at this time tomorrow I will give them to you. You will cripple their horses and burn all their chariots.”

7 So Joshua and his whole army surprised the enemy by attacking them at the waters of Merom.

5 All these kings camped together by the Springs of Merom in order to fight Israel. 

6 The Lord told Joshua, “Don’t be afraid of them because I am going to give them to Israel. About this time tomorrow they will all be dead. You must disable their horses so that they cannot be used in battle. You must burn their chariots.” 7 Joshua and all his troops arrived suddenly at the Springs of Merom and attacked the Canaanite armies.

5 All these kings joined forces; they came together and camped at the waters of Merom to attack Israel.

6 The Lord said to Joshua, “Do not be afraid of them, for at this time tomorrow I will cause all of them to be killed before Israel. You are to hamstring their horses and burn up their chariots.” 7 So Joshua and his whole military force surprised them at the waters of Merom and attacked them.

5 All these kings joined their forces, and came and camped together at the waters of Merom, to fight with Israel.

6 And the Lord said to Joshua, “Do not be afraid of them, for tomorrow at this time I will hand over all of them, slain, to Israel; you shall hamstring their horses, and burn their chariots with fire.” 7 So Joshua came suddenly upon them with all his fighting force, by the waters of Merom, and fell upon them.

5 And all these kings joined forces, and they came and camped together by the waters of Merom to fight with Israel.

6 And Yahweh said to Joshua, “Do not be afraid because of their presence, for tomorrow at this time I will hand them over slain to Israel; you will hamstring their horses and burn their chariots with fire.” 7 So Joshua, and all the fighting men with him, came against them suddenly at the waters of Merom, and they attacked them.

5 All of those kings gathered their armies together to fight against Israel. They set up camp together at the Waters of Merom.

6 The Lord spoke to Joshua. He said, “Do not be afraid of them. By this time tomorrow I will hand all of them over to Israel. All of them will be killed. You must cut the legs of their horses. You must burn up their chariots.”

7 So Joshua and his whole army attacked them suddenly. They fought against them at the Waters of Merom.

5 So all of these kings having agreed to meet, came and encamped together at the waters of Merom, to fight against Israel.

6 Then the Lord said to Joshua, “Do not be afraid because of them, for tomorrow at this time I will deliver all of them slain before Israel; you shall hamstring their horses and burn their chariots with fire.”

7 So Joshua and all the people of war with him came upon them suddenly by the waters of Merom, and attacked them.
